Welcome to 5Store (accessible via https://www.5store.in/). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, inventory portal, and B2B/B2S (Business-to-Business & Business-to-Supplier) platform operated by 5Store, founded by Rahman Shaik.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or making purchases on 5Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using our Site and services immediately.

1. General Overview & Eligibility

  • Platform Scope: 5Store operates an online digital commerce marketplace providing retail shopping, bulk B2B procurement, local delivery coordination, and B2S inventory management tools.

  • Age Requirement: By using this Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Commercial Authority: If you represent a business, merchant, or supplier using our B2B/B2S platform, you warrant that you have full legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of that entity.

2. Account Registration & Supplier Credentials

  • Account Security: To access specific B2B tools, inventory portals, or order tracking systems, you may be required to register an account or provide supplier verification details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate registration, business tax/registration details (where applicable), and contact information. 5Store reserves the right to suspend accounts providing false or misleading information.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • Product Listings & Pricing: All prices, product descriptions, and availability listed on 5Store are subject to change without prior notice. We strive for accurate pricing, but pricing errors may occasionally occur.

  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email or invoice does not signify our final acceptance of your order. 5Store reserves the right to cancel or limit orders at any time for reasons including stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

  • Payments: Payments must be completed through approved methods (including local digital payment gateways, UPI, or designated Cash on Delivery options where offered). All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Shipping, Local Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Delivery Zones: 5Store services specified local delivery zones (including Nalgonda and surrounding regions). Estimated delivery times provided during checkout are approximate and depend on local logistics and supplier availability.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased from 5Store pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon direct doorstep delivery by our local fulfillment team.

5. Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations

  • Eligibility: Returns and replacement requests are governed by our official Return Policy. Customers and business buyers must report missing, damaged, or defective items within the designated window after receiving the shipment.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or issued as store credit within a reasonable processing timeframe.

  • Supplier Responsibility (B2S): Suppliers offering inventory through 5Store must adhere to our product quality standards and fulfill agreed return obligations for defective or incorrect stock.

6. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

  • Ownership: All content published on 5Store—including text, graphics, logos, icons, software scripts, inventory interfaces, product descriptions, and layout—is the exclusive intellectual property of 5Store and/or its content suppliers, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

  • Restricted Use: You may view and print content solely for personal or authorized business use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any software, backend code, or catalog content from 5Store without prior written consent from Rahman Shaik.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using 5Store or submitting reviews, feedback, or supplier inventory data, you agree not to:

  1. Post or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harmful materials.

  2. Interfere with the security, performance, or API integrations of the Site or supplier portal.

  3. Upload inaccurate product information or engage in deceptive pricing practices.

  4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user or supplier accounts.

5Store reserves the right to terminate access or remove content at its sole discretion for any violation of these rules.

8. Third-Party Links & External Services

Our Site may contain links, embedded portals, or tools hosted by third-party services (e.g., Google Apps Script, payment gateways, or external logistics providers). 5Store exercises no control over third-party platforms and assumes no liability for their content, policies, or operational disruptions. Accessing third-party tools is done at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

  • "As Is" Service: 5Store and all products, tools, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties.

  • Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5Store, its founder (Rahman Shaik), and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including business interruption, lost profits, or data loss) resulting from your use of—or inability to use—our website, B2B tools, or products.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 5Store shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Telangana, India.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
